Our Mission & Purpose
Seeking out and helping Orphanages and Children’s Charity Homes that are not so visible through my world travels. Meeting their needs with our help to improve quality of life, education and opportunities.
• Quality of life gives the children confidence and self esteem to pursue a better life for themselves.
• Education gives the student and child the tools they need to succeed through their lives.
• Finding opportunities for the kids once they become old enough to pursue their careers.
The Maria Gates Foundation seeks out those Orphanages and Children’s Homes in need, those who are underprivileged, and those who are underserved to rebuild and restructure. Our focus lies on helping those that have immediate needs and do not have the resources for improving their lives, including small-scale construction projects, shelter, food aid, educational opportunities and career opportunities for the children becoming adults. We firmly believe that with help and opportunity many of the children’s lives will be improved in ways of feeling cared for and doing things they would not have a chance to do. If one works on creating the most well equipped society one can, the problems in their society simply become smaller.
